Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG, whose shares are listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, is a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe. With an offering size of approximately €1.2 billion, the transaction was the fifth largest capital increase in the history of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Shares of Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG were publicly offered in Austria and placed with institutional investors globally. Trading in the new shares on the Vienna Stock Exchange commenced on October 5, 2007.
