Frankfurt/Main, May 18, 2006 - Shearman & Sterling advised Investcorp SA on the sale of the Minimax Group to Industri Kapital.

Founded in 1902 and head-quartered in Bad Oldesloe (Germany), Minimax is a leading supplier of integrated fire protection systems and services. Its product portfolio comprises water-based systems (sprinkler systems), special water systems, gas systems, special solutions and service and building protection. The group has over 3.200 employees.
