Shearman & Sterling Advises Société Générale Securities Services on Insourcing Deal with Credit Suisse Germany

Shearman & Sterling advised SGSS Deutschland Kapitalanlagegesellschaft Deutschland GmbH (SGSS), a subsidiary of Société Générale Securities Services, on the insourcing of the funds administration business of Credit Suisse in Germany. SGSS will provide a broad range of administrative and technological solutions to Credit Suisse (Deutschland) AG, including front office services (ASP), funds administration and reporting services. Part of the transaction is the acquisition of all shares in Credit Suisse Asset Management Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH by SGSS. The closing of the transaction is, inter alia, subject to regulatory clearances.
