Frankfurt/Main, May 10, 2006 — Shearman & Sterling LLP acted as international and US counsel to Credit Suisse and Zürcher Kantonalbank as Global Coordinators and Bookrunners in connection with a CHF 325 million capital increase by Unique Flughafen Zürich AG.

The capital increase was part of an overall CHF 1 billion financing package in connection with potential noise compensation obligations by Zürich Airport towards surrounding landowners.  Zürich Airport is an important continental and intercontinental hub for air travel from and to Western Europe.
