Practice

Mr. Jánszky’s practice focuses on representation of Brazilian and U.S. companies in the areas of capital markets financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. His practice includes extensive experience advising U.S.-listed companies on corporate governance issues as well as on debt restructuring, exchange offers, prepackaged bankruptcy plans and consent solicitations.

Mr. Jánszky opened the firm’s São Paulo office in the spring of 2004 and serves as its Co-Head. His other firm leadership positions have included Co-Head of the firm’s Capital Markets Group from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Jánszky is regularly cited as a leading capital markets lawyer in the Guide to the World’s Leading Capital Markets Lawyers, Chambers Global, IFLR 1000, and Practical Law.
