Andrew Schleider, a partner in the Capital Markets Group, works extensively with investment banking clients, in a wide range of corporate finance transactions. He has significant experience in registered and exempt offerings of high yield debt securities and equity offerings. Mr. Schleider also represents clients in consent solicitations and tender and exchange offers and provides general securities law advice. He joined the firm in 1989.
