The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) has announced revised thresholds for the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the “HSR Act”). These new thresholds apply to all transactions that will close on or after February 21, 2007.
