Practice Christa D’Alimonte is the Deputy Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and represents a broad range of U.S. and multinational clients in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of publicly and privately held corporations. She also regularly represents the mergers and acquisitions groups of the firm’s investment banking clients and advises clients on matters relating to corporate governance and control. Ms. D’Alimonte has been recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA and Legal 500 and as a Top Female Deal Maker by Law360.
