Practice
Danielle Carbone is a partner in the Capital Markets Group. Ms. Carbone has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, SEC-registered equity offerings, investment grade debt offerings, tender offers and venture capital financings, representing both companies and underwriters. She also provides securities law, governance and general corporate advice to various public and private companies. Ms. Carbone’s practice focuses principally on the healthcare industry. From 2000 until 2002, Ms. Carbone practiced in the firm’s San Francisco and Menlo Park offices. Ms. Carbone joined the firm in 1988.
