With members in New York, California, Germany, Paris, and London, our global reach enables the group to service multi national matters seamlessly. The group also works closely with corporate and tax lawyers designing financial products for funds and institutional investors, and advises clients on ERISA issues affecting the participation by employee benefit plans in investment funds and asset securitizations.
