Philip Urofsky (Washington, DC-Litigation), partner and head of Shearman & Sterling's Global Anti-Corruption & FCPA practice, served as co-chair of ACI’s 18th Annual New York Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act on May 16-18 at the Andaz Wall Street in New York.

The conference included a meaningful discussion of complex FCPA challenges, “big picture,” strategic and interrelated issues, including corporate governance, corporate culture and metrics, data privacy, cybersecurity, securities law and white collar crime.
