PLI’s 49th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation

Adam Hakki (New York-Litigation), partner and Global Head of Shearman & Sterling’s Litigation Group, is a faculty member at the Practising Law Institute’s upcoming 49th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation, which will be held on November 8-10 in New York. The faculty at the institute includes prominent securities litigators, government regulators and in-house litigation personnel at major financial institutions.

On November 10, Adam will be a panelist for a session covering “Private Securities Litigation: Navigating the Latest Challenges,” which will focus on:
