Jaculin Aaron practices general, corporate and commercial litigation. She has particular experience in securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking litigation. Ms. Aaron joined the firm in 1984 and became partner in 1994.

  • Various federal securities class actions involving, among others, Sino-Forest Corporation, Sierra Wireless, Boston Scientific Corp., and WebMD
  • Elan Corporation, plc in various securities class actions involving biologic drugs
  • Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in connection with the Board’s review of Chief Investment Office losses, and in various shareholder derivative litigations involving mortgage-backed securities, foreclosure practices, and compliance issues
