Jaculin Aaron


Jaculin Aaron practices general, corporate and commercial litigation.  She has particular experience in securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking litigation.  Ms. Aaron joined the firm in 1984 and became partner in 1994.  Recently, Ms. Aaron was selected as one of Law360's top 25 Women in Securities Law for 2016 and as one of the New York Law Journal’s 30 Top Women in Law.

  • Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in connection with the Board’s review of Chief Investment Office losses, and in various shareholder derivative litigations in involving mortgage-backed securities, foreclosure practices, Madoff, compliance, and other issues
  • Independent Directors of Wells Fargo & Company in independent investigation of sales practices issues.
  • Viacom in various shareholder class and derivative litigations involving corporate governance, executive compensation, disclosures, and compliance
  • Management directors of BNP Paribas in derivative litigation arising out of money laundering enforcement actions
