Jonathan Greenblatt is a partner in both the International Arbitration and Litigation Groups and has extensive experience in commercial and international litigation, including complex commercial arbitrations. He is the Co-Managing Partner of our firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Selected Experience

  • Representation of an international consortium of contractors as claimants in ICC arbitration against a Middle Eastern state arising out of the design and construction of an airport. Law of the Middle Eastern State. Close to USD 1 billion at stake
  • Representation of a major international financial institution in multiple representations involving civil and criminal fraud allegations
  • In re Buspirone antitrust litigation – representation of Watson Pharmaceuticals in a Section 1 and Section 2 case involving a major pharmaceutical product in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
  • Representation of a group of 31 bank lenders to Altos Hornos de Mexico, a company in an insolvency proceeding in Mexico
