The program was held at PLI’s Conference Center in New York on December 11-12, 2017 and covered disclosure requirements and developments affecting annual disclosure documents and proxy soliciting materials prepared by SEC reporting companies. SEC staff and faculty from the PLI focused on anticipated changes to the SEC disclosure regime in 2017, current “hot issues,” best practices, and practical pointers.
