Practice Guillaume Isautier is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions of listed/non-listed companies, on joint ventures and on restructuring matters. Guillaume Isautier joined the firm as an associate in October 1999.
