Practice
Mr. Karafotias is a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He represents clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions, particularly cross-border M&A transactions, and in joint ventures, strategic alliances, takeover defense strategies and other significant corporate transactions. He also regularly advises clients on U.S. corporate and U.S. federal securities law issues. Mr. Karafotias joined the firm in New York in 1998, and has been practicing in the London office since 2003.
