Practice George Spera is a member of Shearman & Sterling’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group. He works with both domestic and non-U.S. companies on a variety of incentive compensation and benefits programs. His practice includes securities law, tax and employment law matters.
Mr. Spera joined Shearman & Sterling in its Paris office and has practiced with the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group in New York since 1990. His prior experience included a clerkship with the Hon. Arlin M. Adams, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
