Ms. Wong is counsel in the European Finance Group and concentrates primarily on the international acquisition finance areas, with particular emphasis on cross-border and global public and private financings, banking and restructurings. She joined Shearman & Sterling’s New York office in 1994 and has been with the London office since April 1996.
