Ms. Kafele is a partner in the Antitrust and Litigation Groups in our Washington, D.C. office. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory proceedings with a particular emphasis on complex antitrust issues. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in monopolization, price-fixing, predatory pricing, bundling, tying, unfair competition and leveraging cases in state and federal courts across the country. Ms. Kafele has extensive experience representing healthcare companies (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, and biotech companies) in cutting edge antitrust matters. Ms. Kafele also has represented a broad range of domestic and foreign clients with antitrust issues in state and federal investigations.
