Ms. Kafele is a partner in the Litigation and Antitrust Groups in our Washington, D.C. office. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory proceedings with a particular emphasis on complex antitrust issues. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in monopolization, price-fixing, predatory pricing, bundling, tying, unfair competition and leveraging cases in state and federal courts across the country. Ms. Kafele also has represented a broad range of domestic and foreign clients with antitrust issues in state and federal investigations.
