Hervé Letréguilly is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group.  He specializes in French and international corporate, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions.  He has extensive experience in initial public offerings, LBO exits, privatizations, securities offerings and specialized financial products.

Hervé Letréguilly joined the firm in July 1987.  He is ranked as a leading lawyer in all leading directories, including Chambers Global, The Legal 500 EMEA, Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal.  He recently authored « Règlement général de l’AMF, textes et commentaires » (Dalloz, July 2010).
