Practice Ian Harvey-Samuel is a partner in the London office of Shearman & Sterling where he specialises in structured finance, capital markets and derivatives transactions and related restructurings. Ian joined Shearman & Sterling in 2007 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he had been a partner since 1997. Ian was based in Asia between 1991 and 2001.
