Practice Iain Scoon is a partner in the firm’s Tax Group, resident in London, and is a specialist in international and UK corporate taxation. He advises on the international and UK direct and indirect tax aspects of a wide range of matters, including: mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations; structured finance and securitisation; derivatives; domestic and international banking; project finance; real estate finance, development and investment; investment funds; capital markets issues; and tax investigations.
