Practice
Mr. Epstein is a partner in the Litigation Group and from 1995-2000 served as head of the Litigation Department. He was a member of the firm’s Policy Committee from 1997-2002. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions litigation, securities litigation, antitrust, criminal defense and litigation involving the fine arts. Mr. Epstein joined the firm in 1978 and became a partner in 1982. He served as Assistant United States Attorney, Southern District of New York, from 1974-1978, and as Law Clerk to Hon. Arnold Bauman, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 1972-1974.
