A Century of Experience

Shearman & Sterling has been active in Latin America for more than a century, providing legal representation to companies in the region as they expand abroad, as well as advising clients from outside the region in their inbound activities. Our dedicated team includes both Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking partners and associates who work across borders and practice areas. We routinely advise on issues of US, English, German, Italian, French and international law in connection with Latin American transactions and disputes.
