On May 15, 2009, the LIBE administrators sought directions from the High Court on the procedure for dealing with pre-administration client money claims arising from prime brokerage and other similar activities carried on by LBIE prior to September 15, 2008. The hearing set a deadline of 4pm on June 12, 2009 for clients to notify the administrators of their intention to make any representations in relation to the initial hearing, set for June 19, 2009.
