Practice Miko Bradford is counsel in the London office of Shearman & Sterling where she specializes in acquisition finance including leveraged finance and restructurings, with particular emphasis on cross-border and global public and private financings and banking. She has advised a variety of leading financial institutions and equity sponsors on a large number of acquisition finance transactions.

Advising Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited in relation to the €5,940 million and $4,720 million financing of the acquisition by Ineos Holdings Limited of the Innovene business of BP plc.

Advising Investcorp in relation to the €395 million and $254 million financing of the acquisition by Investcorp through a newly formed holding company, Metropolitan Management BV, of Polyconcept Holding BV from BC Partners and the bolt on acquisition by Global Promo Group Holdings Inc. of Global Promo Group, Inc.

Advising Siegwerk Druckfarben AG in relation to the €265 million financing of the acquisition by Siegwerk of the SICPA packaging inks business unit from SICPA SA.

Advising Texas Pacific Group and Apax in relation to the €1,670 million financing of the acquisition by Texas Pacific Group and Apax through a special purpose holding company Troy GAC Telecommunications SA of Tim Hellas Telecommunications SA from Tim International NV.

Advising Barclays Capital and Merrill Lynch in relation to the £740 million financing of the acquisition by Terra Firma through a newly founded holding company, WRG Acquisitions plc, of the Waste Recycling Group Plc and the bolt-on acquisition by WRG Acquisitions 2 Limited of Shanks (Management) Limited and Shanks Environmental Limited and the refinancing thereof.
