Shearman & Sterling’s Munich office, established in 2001, is the Firm’s most recent location in Germany.  At present, 23 lawyers practice in the areas of taxation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate and finance law.  Our office is located in the heart of Munich’s city center at the “Oberanger”.
