Shearman & Sterling was named “Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year” at the Corporate Counsel Middle East Awards 2013. The award recognizes the firm’s legal victory for client The Dow Chemical Company in a major ICC arbitration against a Kuwaiti entity.

Kanach, Greene Author New Chapter on Investment Advisers’ Use of Common Registration in PLI’s Investment Adviser Regulation: A Step-by-Step Guide to Compliance and the Law
