Shearman & Sterling was named “Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year” at the Corporate Counsel Middle East Awards 2013. The award recognizes the firm’s legal victory for client The Dow Chemical Company in a major ICC arbitration against a Kuwaiti entity.

Greene (New York-Investment Funds) have written a new chapter, titled “Ability of an Investment Adviser to Rely on Common Registration,” that is scheduled for publication in the forthcoming edition of the Practising Law Institute’s Investment Adviser Regulation: A Step-by-Step Guide to Compliance and the Law, a respected and widely used handbook for investment advisers, securities attorneys, compliance personnel and federal and state regulators.
