Practice
Paul Schreiber, who founded the Asset Management Group and has served as its senior partner and leader, has focused his practice in the asset management area for over 30 years. His practice includes the formation and representation of both U.S. and foreign public and private investment companies, their sponsors, advisors, directors, underwriters and administrators in all regulatory aspects of fund and investment advisory operations, as well as new product development. Mr. Schreiber also has a broad background in corporate finance, securities and futures regulations. An integral part of Mr. Schreiber’s practice is counseling non-U.S. issuers in connection with their U.S. public offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings to assure compliance with the provisions of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
