Practice

Mr. Strecker, a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Hong Kong, represents clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in Asia, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and FDI. He also has extensive experience advising U.S. and Asia-based private equity funds on investments in Asia. Mr. Strecker joined the firm’s New York office in 1997 and joined the Hong Kong office in 2004.
