Shearman & Sterling’s Asia Capital Markets team has ended an extremely successful 12 months with recent recognition for the team’s role on a number of award-winning deals, as highlighted by the FinanceAsia Awards 2010.

Award-winning deals selected by FinanceAsia and advised on by Shearman & Sterling in 2010 included Best Small-Cap Deal: MakeMyTrip.com's $78 million US IPO; Best Investment Grade Bond: Reliance Holdings' $1.5 billion dual-tranche bond; Best Malaysia Deal: Petronas Chemicals' $4.1 billion IPO; and Best Indonesia Deal: Cikarang Listrindo's $300 million bond.
