Shearman & Sterling Advises on American Airlines' $276 Million Secured Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated as the initial purchasers in connection with American Airlines, Inc.’s Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of its $276,400,000 13.0% 2009-2 Secured Notes due 2016. Morgan Stanley acted as sole bookrunner and Stifel Nicolaus acted as co-lead manager for the offering.
