Morgan Securities Inc., as joint bookrunning managers, in Steel Dynamics, Inc.’s concurrent registered public offerings of 31,050,000 shares of its common stock and $287.5 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% convertible senior notes due 2014. Net proceeds from the offerings will be used to repay the term loan portion of its senior secured credit facility in full and for general corporate purposes. Steel Dynamics, Inc. is one of the largest steel producers and one of the largest metals recyclers in the United States.
