Morgan and Santander Investment as joint bookrunners in connection with a reopening offering consisting of a shelf takedown of $1.250 billion 7.875% Global Notes due 2019 by Petrobras International Finance Company (PifCo) and unconditionally guaranteed by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.—PETROBRAS. This is the second global notes issuance by PifCo this year, with Shearman & Sterling advising the underwriters on both deals. These notes will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
