Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays Capital as joint lead arrangers and joint book managers of a $2 billion short term multicurrency revolving credit facility for PACCAR Inc. and some of its subsidiaries located throughout the world, including Australia, Canada, Mexico, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This multi-currency revolving credit facility allowed the company to provide back-up liquidity for its commercial paper and medium term notes.

PACCAR is a global technology leader in the design, manufacture, and customer support of high-quality light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates.
