Shearman & Sterling has represented the underwriters, Morgan Stanley, China International Capital Corp., Citigroup Inc. and CITIC, in connection with the US$2.35 billion Hong Kong Initial Public Offering of Metallurgical Corp. of China, the country's biggest metallurgical engineering company.

This is Hong Kong’s largest IPO of 2009.
