Practice Simon Letherman is counsel in the London office of Shearman & Sterling where he advises on tax aspects of a wide range of matters including major mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international banking, corporate reorganisations, private equity, investment funds, structured finance, derivatives, capital markets, outsourcing and real estate transactions.
