Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates

We have played a leading role in developing enhanced equipment trust certificate products, which have been used in numerous financings by airlines and aircraft manufacturers.  In 1996, we developed the first enhanced pass-through certificate structure, which has since become the industry standard.  Before the development of EETC products, we also played the leading role in developing publicly offered equipment trust certificates and pass-through certificates, which are extensively used for the financing of aircraft, rolling stock, retail stores, theater chains, power and petrochemical facilities, and corporate headquarters.
