Samuel Waxman is a partner in both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property Transactions Groups. His practice involves representing clients in a broad range of technology and intellectual property-related transactions, with an emphasis on corporate transactions, acquisitions and divestitures of privately held corporations and intellectual property assets, joint ventures, and licensing.
