Shearman & Sterling Recognized As a “Best Law Firm for Women”

New York, August 12, 2008—Shearman & Sterling has been recognized as a 2008 Working Mother & Flex-Time Lawyers Best Law Firm for Women.
Working Mother magazine, partnering with consulting firm Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, recognized 50 firms with workplaces in the US that encourage the retention and advancement of women. Shearman & Sterling was selected based on responses to an application measuring areas such as workforce profile, family-friendly benefits and policies, flexibility, leadership, compensation, advancement and retention of women.
