Bay Area Mergers & Acquisitions partner Michael Dorf was a faculty member at PLI’s annual “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements” on January 20, 2016.  This discussion addressed the fundamentals of drafting agreements for public and private M&A transactions, identifying and resolving issues, drafting contracts with enforcement in mind, as well as common ethical issues that arise.
