Dan Newcomb (New York-Litigation) was a faculty member at the New York City Bar’s program “The Sanctions Regime After the Iran Nuclear Agreement” held on January 28, 2016 at the City Bar Center for CLE in New York.  

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is effective, however, its impact is far from clear. While European businesses are rapidly moving to Iran, American businesses and professionals still face a myriad of regulatory barriers. The program explored and explained what the JCPOA did and did not do to repave the once vibrant road to Tehran for American interests.
