Shearman & Sterling and the Singapore Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) co-hosted a seminar on “Nuts and Bolts of a Private M&A Deal” to the in-house counsel members of ACC.

Miji Kim, Legal Counsel of Macquarie Capital (Singapore), walked through a hypothetical M&A transaction and shared their insights from both a buyer’s and a seller’s perspective highlighting techniques to most effectively execute an M&A deal. The seminar was attended by around 30 senior representatives from both large multinational companies and Asian companies and received positive feedback from all attendees.
