Partner Lawrence M. Hill (New York-Tax) made a presentation on October 13 to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), Cross-Border Wealth Management Working Group, entitled  “Cross-Border Tax Investigations and Enforcement Inititiatives.”  Among the topics discussed were new cross-border criminal tax proposals and the Panama Papers.
