Counsel Collette Rawnsley (London-Antitrust) and Elvira Aliende Rodriguez (Brussels-Antitrust) spoke at the CDR Spring Competition Litigation Symposium on February 23, 2017 at the Sofitel London St James. Rawnsley participated in a panel on “The EU Damages Directive Updated,” which covered the current developments on the implementation of the directive. Aliende Rodriguez participated in a panel called “Beyond the Follow-on Claim,” which considered the impact of infringement proceedings on potential claims.
