Partner David Higbee (Washington, DC-Antitrust) will participate in an audio panel on “Where Are the Antitrust Agencies Going Under New Leadership” organized by the ABA on November 2, 2017. Moderated by former FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz, the panel will comment on the incoming leadership of the agencies, strategies for engaging with the agencies, and general thoughts on directions the agencies may be taking in the near term.
