Partner Matthew Readings (London-Antitrust) participated in a panel on “Assessing Mergers in the e-Commerce Sector: Challenges and Countermeasures”  at the 7th Annual GCR Live Asia-Pacific Law Leaders Forum in Singapore on March 9-10, 2018.  The session looked at past and ongoing merger assessments in the e-commerce sector undertaken by regulators in the region.
