Partner Paul Strecker (London-Mergers & Acquisitions) moderated a panel on “Beating the Effects of Geopolitical Uncertainty on M&A” at ALM's Transatlantic General Counsel Summit on June 14, 2018 in London.

The panelists were Rupert Hopley from Informa, Paul Robinson from Ashmore and Jonathan Selvadoray from Temasek. In light of the current transatlantic climate, the panel examined the ever-increasing scrutiny of non-domestic takeovers, protectionist regulations on foreign direct investment as well as provided practical guidance on complex cross-border transactions and regulations.
