This panel of experienced deal makers and investors discussed trends in M&A and shareholder activism in life sciences. The panel examined the current market environment, the outlook for M&A and activism, how activists select potential investments, lessons learned from recent campaigns, advanced preparation, and best practices for engagement between companies and investors to maximize shareholder value.
